Shipping policy

Then I Met You offers complimentary shipping to all domestic orders (within the US) for all orders $60+ and for Canada for all orders $85+. Exclusions apply to the E-Gift Card.

Then I Met You currently ships to all 50 US states and all US territories, as well as 35 countries. For our international country list please see our FAQ:

Our products are also available on sephora.com, amazon.com, spacenk.com, sokoglam.com and cultbeauty.com, which ship to select international countries.

We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders with standard shipping are typically fulfilled and shipped on the business day following your order. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. All Then I Met You orders are shipped from the US. An order typically arrives within 5-10 business days from fulfillment.
