US CUSTOMERS - HOW TO OPT OUT OF PERSONAL DATA SHARING
Residents of impacted states can submit a request to exercise their privacy rights by emailing us at hello@sokoglam.com with the subject line: Privacy Rights Request. You may only submit one type of request per email. If you wish to submit multiple requests, you must do so separately.
To verify your identity, we may need your full name, email, mailing address, and a description of your request. We will make all reasonable attempts to verify your identity using information we have, but if we can not we may request the above additional details or deny your request as required by law. You have the right to an appeal, and can submit one
Please allow up to 30 days to process these requests. By default, if a request for erasure is submitted and the customer has made an order in the last 180 days, then the request for erasure will remain in a pending state for 180 days since the customer's last order, in case a chargeback occurs.
